Art Commissions
To order a commission, please email me at catwyton@hotmail.com or message one of my social media pages!
Pricing and Services Offered:
My most popular service is full body character art. I can also do reference sheets and book covers, and while I can do environments on their own I much prefer if they have a character or two. Please see the bottom of the page for examples of some of the work I have done for others in the past, or visit my Cara profile for a full gallery of all my work.
Currently, my rates are calculated by the complexity of the work, the budget of the commissioner, and if the piece is for personal or commercial use.
Will / Won't Draw:
Will Draw:
-Animals, anthro, gijinka, humans, aliens, monsters, etc
-LGBTQ+ characters
-Disabled characters and their aids
-Nudity & adult content (examples, 18+ only)
Won't Draw:
-Complex mecha or robots
-Adult content involving non-consenual acts, violence, or related or underage characters

Important:
-New clients must pay 50% up-front before I begin work. Repeat clients and friends may be exempt from this.
-I use a variety of mixed media in my work. Any stock images, brushes, or 3D assets used are either made by myself, or have been legally licensed for commercial use.
-Full size PNG (or non-transparent JPEG, if requested) will be provided. Work with no backgrounds will have transparent backgrounds by default.
-I have a page HERE of process videos, WIP screenshots, and redraw comparisons for documentation, so you can be sure the art you are buying is 100% human made.
-Please make sure you have looked at my commission terms and copyright before ordering a commission! Prices are all in Australian (AUD) and currently only through PayPal, Ko-Fi, and (if you are in Australia) direct bank transfers. I am trialling V-Gen but it is not my preferred method.
Commission Stage Breakdown:
-Stage 1, Sketching and Posing: The basic sketch working out the character's pose is made. This is often done with the use of a 3D model to simplify the process and make things easier to change. Once confirmed, the pose may not be changed, though minor revisions may be made during stage 2.
-Stage 2, Detail Sketch: Character's defining details are added to the basic sketch in preparation for line work. Minor pose revisions can still be made during this stage, though the overall pose cannot be changed. Any mistakes or wanted changes in the characters defining details should be expressed here.
-Stage 3, Line Work: Clean line work/"inking" is done. Minor issues with character designs that were missed during stage 2 may still be revised at this stage, though larger changes that were clearly present in the stage 2 sketch may not.
-Stage 4, Flat Colours: The base colours and character markings are done during this stage. Any changes to markings or colours used must be pointed out during this stage.
-Stage 5, Shading/Rendering: If shading or rendering is ordered, it will be done as the final stage. Process shots will be sent throughout the rendering process for revision; if there is issue with how something is rendered, please bring it up when the revision shot is first sent, and not at the end of the rendering process.
